You Should Know
Ordered this cap for young nephew who was just beginning chemotherapy.
It was FedExed to his dorm as a surprise. I didn't hear anything for about a week. Thought I'd better follow up. Called NBA.com cust service and did the Fed Ex tracking and by all accounts it had been delivered to his door. Looks like a culprit may have been a curious dorm inhabitor. Or to have hope in the honestly of those co-eds....perhaps it was some other kind of genuine mix-up. Contacted NBA.com to fully expect to have to order another hat. To my surprise...they re-fulfilled the order and handled the shipping again....no charge ! Wow ...what a refreshing turn for a customer for once. Pleasant surprise. He loves his hat ...great for warmth. Thank you NBA.com cust serv ! I'd order from you again.
