RETURN POLICY
We gladly accept all returns with the exception of personalized, embroidered, or screen printed merchandise.

  • You must contact the Volume Purchases department in order to arrange a return. Once approved, the Volume Purchases department will provide a Return Aurhorization Code. This code must accompany the merchandise.
  • 15% Restocking Fee on all non-defective Volume Sales returns
  • All returned items must be in saleable condition.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return of product.
  • Customized and Personalized merchandise is not refundable.
