Emails About Your Order Home

Below are some emails you may receive about your order:

  • Confirmation of Order - Automatically generated when we get your order. It contains your order number, receipt and other information.
  • Confirmation of Shipment - This confirms that all or part of your order has shipped. If tracking information is available, it will be in this email.
  • Problem with Order Notice
    You may receive this important email for the following reasons:
    • Trouble processing your order
    • Trouble with payment information
    • Inability to ship to the address provided
      • If you receive this email, please call our Customer Service Department toll-free at 1-866-SHOP-NBA (1-866-746-7622) as soon as possible.

Delivery
You can track your order at any time by clicking here and logging into your account or filling out the Track Order section. If there is a problem with your order delivery, please contact CS by filling out our Customer Service Form here or calling us toll-free at 1-866-SHOP-NBA (1-866-746-7622).

Order Status

Cancellations

Under special circumstances, all or part of your order may need to be canceled. Reasons include:

  • Item is unavailable or out of stock.
  • Inability to obtain correct payment information.
  • Inability to ship to the provided address.
  • Customer requested cancellation.

If your order is canceled you will receive notification via email.
