Before I say anything about the product, I must say that the NBAStore has amazing customer service. I did not have the best experience with this item but the representatives were great and resolved my problem right away.
The bobblehead looked great and authentic but with one major flaw. It seems to have trouble staying attached to the stand.
The first one I received arrived completely detached from the stand. I contacted the NBAStore and promptly received a replacement. This replacement was attached but was wobbly and about to snap off any minute. It felt like there was too much wieght on the back that causes this issue.Displaying review 1
