the jersey is fine- just like the other jerseys we have purchased at the NBA store at the games The customer service stinks. They sent the wrong size- their mistake- and it arrives Christmas eve. We had a VERY disappointed son when he opened his new jersey and he could not wear his new jersey to the Christmas game. It was heartbreaking. The customer service would not rush send another jersey so he could wear it to the next game. They gave us no compensation for their mistake. I was very disappointed in this customer service and the way they handled their mistake.
