I use this shirt when I work out and hooping on the court. It's a great, authentic, useful, light, and cool shirt that wicks away the sweat and keeps you going. It does run large though, I usually wear a medium in tee shirts and bought the medium in this shirt and it's a little long in the sleeves and body so if you're inbetween sizes go smaller and if you want a more slim fit out of the shirt, buy the smaller size. Hope this helps! Go H-town!
