We were extremely excited to be able to customize this hoody for our son for Christmas this year. [...]. We were extremely disappointed when we opened the package and looked at the hoody. The "heat-sealed" logo on the front looks like something my grandmother ironed on after printing it from her printer. There is no way our son is going to wear this ugly piece of clothing in public, I wouldn't. The only use he will get out of it is wearing it at home where he won't be embarrassed. After paying a lot for this sweatshirt, we are unimpressed by the quality of product that the NBA sells at their store and will not be making any future purchases here. The online pictures were VERY misleading.
