The design appears to be ironed on-- I could have done it myself.
I ordered the medium (I am usually small or medium) but I decided to go with medium since I have seen other NBA women's shirts be smaller than average.
WRONG. This is a big medium. I will try to shrink it, but I am worried since the design is such low-quality.
The tshirt is really soft though. Wish I had the right size.
