Ok, first of all I was super pumped to customize this hoodie and was anxious for it to arrive. I couldn't have been more dissatisfied when it arrived. First, the size was grossly over sized. Ordered a medium and this was easily more like an XL if not a XXL. Looked like I was wearing a tent. Next, I created a jersey style number on the back for Larry Bird with "BIRD 33". Each number "3" was ridiculously huge and both threes took the entire back of the hoodie. It looked like a helicopter could land on my back. This also isn't a traditional hoodie in that the sleeves were permanently stretched and not hugging the wrist. I prefer the tight fitting wrist and not a fit that feels as if Andre the Giant stretched out the sleeves. This "new" product needs to be tweaked. I wish I could provide photos, however I'm not at home as I write this review. Perhaps I am able to add later.
