I usually wear a medium in tees...I ordered an XL and it fits perfect.

I agree with the first review about this shirt running small. I typically wear an XS in retail stores and ordered the small T, but had to return it. I'll probablly be re-ordering the T in a medium. It's very cute though, and super soft!
