I was very happy with this particular product I ordered. It was exactly what I wanted and was shipped in the time frame I ordered it. However I had been trying to order an additional product from NBA store and had many problems with it and ended up not getting my item with which I'm very dissatisfied. Although I was extremely happy with my customized sweatshirt I ordered, most likely I would not order from NBA store.com again due to the issues I had with my other order.
