There was a problem with the lettering on a present for our grandson, but after sending a photo from Australia, the singlet was replaced without any quibbles. Our grandson and his mum were sceptical, but when the new one arrived, were very pleased. It say a lot for U.S. attitudes to Customer Sevice: it's fantastic!

The customized jersey is a great idea for your up and coming basketball player. I just wished the lettering was of better quality (it's made of a VERY THIN rubbery material). To be honest, I'm afraid of machine washing it for fear of the lettering cracking and/or peeling off. I feel hand washing of this item is in order. I've seen better quality heavy rubber lettering on less expensive jerseys. Stitched on letters and numbers would have made this purchase perfect!
